Thank you for applying to participate in Synthesis Leadership!

There are three modules plus two Insight Application Sessions. The program is spread out over a period of six months. 

Our intent is for you to learn and practice new skills that build on your current leadership capabilities. We have found that in order to get the most out of the program, participants must commit to:

• Attend and actively participate in all the sessions. 
• Obtain permission from your supervisor to allow you to engage actively in the program.
• Check in regularly with your supervisor to share what you’re learning and–most importantly–how you’re applying what you’re learning.
• Reach out to the program facilitators and/or your supervisor if you’re encountering obstacles to active participation.
